Recipe 01 | Splash of Sage

INGREDIENTS

• 3/4 oz of SPLASH Mixer Mojito

• 1 1/2 oz of gin

• 6-7 sage leaves

• 10 blueberries

• 1/4 oz lemon juice

• 1/4 oz White Creme de Cocoa

• 1/2 oz of Fernet Branca

• 1/4 oz of honey syrup

• 2 dashes Peach bitters

METHOD

1. Add sage leaves, blueberries, lemon juice and SPLASH Mojito into a shaker and muddle.

2. Add remaining ingredients and a handful of crushed ice

3. Shake vigorously

4. Double strain into a glass filled with crushed ice

5. Garnish with blueberries and a sage bushel

   Enjoy!
